Job Description – Site Reliability Engineer L2
Wipro is hiring an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (L2) with strong expertise in Windows Server Administration and VMware virtualization. The role focuses on enterprise infrastructure reliability, virtualization, security, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage Windows Server 2008 & 2012 environments
- Install, configure, and maintain Active Directory Domain Controllers
- Manage Group Policy, WSUS, IIS, Backup tools, and system monitoring
- Perform VMware vSphere administration, including VMotion and P2V
- Handle Citrix Desktop Virtualization and troubleshooting
- Manage VMware, Citrix Servers, and IBM Lotus Notes
- Perform backup and restore operations using HP DP or third-party tools
- Manage or support Symantec Antivirus and DLP servers
- Provide IT infrastructure troubleshooting support to internal teams
- Lead a team of minimum 4 engineers
- Participate in new technical and infrastructure projects
