🛡️ Job Overview: Cyber Security Analyst – L4
As a Cyber Security Analyst (Level 4), you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating cyber threats, analyzing security breaches, and strengthening Wipro’s security posture. The role involves working in 24×7 rotational shifts, performing forensic investigations, and managing advanced threat analytics.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze log sources, access controls, and network traffic
- Detect intrusions, unauthorized activity, and malicious threats
- Perform forensic analysis and identify patterns of cyberattacks
- Handle escalated incidents from the L1 team
- Use advanced analytics tools to spot vulnerabilities and threat patterns
- Create and manage dashboards and incident reports
- Assist in security risk assessments and compliance audits
- Train and advise employees on phishing, spam, and email threats
- Maintain information security risk register and audit readiness
- Provide email threat protection using Cisco IronPort
✅ Skills & Qualifications
- ✅ 5–8 years of experience in cybersecurity operations
- ✅ Hands-on experience with Cisco IronPort Email Security Appliances
- ✅ Strong knowledge of security incident response and threat hunting
- ✅ Familiarity with log analysis and root cause investigation
- ✅ Good understanding of malware detection, SIEM tools, and threat intelligence
- ✅ Strong communication and coordination skills with stakeholders
- ✅ Experience in working within a 24/7 SOC (Security Operations Center) setup
