📌 Job Role: Senior Analyst – Asset Servicing
The Senior Analyst role in Asset Servicing requires hands-on experience with private credit instruments, syndicated loans, and reconciliation tools. This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate financial data, performing reconciliations, and collaborating with global teams.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Process principal activities like Drawdown, Paydown, Interest using Geneva
- Perform daily cash and position reconciliation on DUCO
- Monitor and review exceptions using WSO Accelerator, address contract modifications
- Resolve issues by collaborating with agents, trustees, and internal teams
- Escalate unresolved issues to the manager/onshore teams
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and participate in training
- Support UAT, integration projects, and liaise with global stakeholders
✅ Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of Syndicated Bank Loan, Private Credit, and CLOs
- Hands-on with Geneva software for bank debt modules
- Experience with DUCO or similar reconciliation platforms
- Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation skills
- Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in working with cross-functional international teams
