Role Overview
Wipro is looking for an experienced Cloud DevOps Lead / Architect to design, govern, and scale secure cloud infrastructure. This role involves defining enterprise DevOps strategy, mentoring teams, and aligning cloud architecture with business and compliance goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab
- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
- Lead container orchestration strategy using Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker
- Define monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks
- Establish security, governance, and compliance controls
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align architecture goals
- Mentor engineers and production specialists to improve technical capability
- Conduct trainings, triages, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Identify recurring issues and recommend permanent resolutions
- Maintain up-to-date product and platform expertise
Cloud Competency Requirements
- Strong experience with IaaS and PaaS platforms
- Multi-account cloud architecture and governance
- Cost optimization strategies
- Cloud certifications preferred:
- Cloud Solutions Architect – Professional
- DevOps Engineer – Professional
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Python, Bash, Groovy
- Terraform
- Kubernetes (EKS)
- Docker
- Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab
- Cloud DevOps Architecture & Consulting
Performance Metrics

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
