Job Description – DevOps SRE
We are hiring an experienced DevOps Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to design, build, and manage scalable, reliable, and observable enterprise platforms across cloud-native and hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement greenfield, scalable observability platforms for enterprise environments
- Work with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures
- Define and monitor SLOs, SLIs, alerting, and incident management processes
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
- Lead and mentor Software Engineers and SRE teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, balancing technical and commercial requirements
- Plan, estimate, and deliver observability and reliability solutions
Technical Skills & Expertise
- Observability Tools: Splunk, Sumo Logic, Datadog, New Relic, Elastic, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
- Containerization & Orchestration: Kubernetes
- Automation & CI/CD: Terraform, CloudFormation, CI/CD pipelines
- Programming: Python, Go, Java (any one)
- Exposure to AIOps and reliability engineering best practices
