Tech Mahindra is hiring an experienced Unified Support System Administrator – Linux & Windows to manage enterprise IT infrastructure, ensure system reliability, and provide end-to-end support across Linux and Windows environments. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Linux and Windows server environments
- Perform installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of systems
- Handle system performance tuning, patching, and upgrades
- Troubleshoot OS-level issues and resolve incidents within SLA
- Manage user access, permissions, and security configurations
- Monitor system health and ensure high availability
- Coordinate with internal teams for infrastructure support
- Maintain system documentation and operational procedures

- Strong hands-on experience in Linux Administration
- Proven expertise in Windows Server Administration
- Knowledge of system monitoring, backup, and recovery
