Job Description:
Accenture is hiring a skilled Technology Support Engineer for its Cloud Infrastructure team in Bengaluru. You will manage, monitor, and optimize cloud environments across Microsoft Azure and AWS, ensuring operational stability, security, and high performance. The role involves incident resolution, change management, automation, and CI/CD integration, while supporting hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage daily cloud operations including provisioning, patching, scaling, and monitoring on Azure & AWS
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) and EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) clusters
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation, or Bicep
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
- Ensure security compliance with IAM, Key Vault, Security Groups, and organizational policies
- Collaborate with DevOps, security, and development teams for optimization
- Document processes, runbooks, and SOPs for operational excellence
Professional & Technical Skills:
- 6-8 years experience in IT Infrastructure / Cloud Administration
- 5+ years hands-on with Azure & AWS
- Expertise in AKS/EKS, scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell), and monitoring tools
- Strong understanding of networking, cloud security, and multi-cloud governance
- Certifications preferred: Microsoft Azure Administrator / Solutions Architect, AWS SysOps / Solutions Architect, ITIL, CKA / CKAD
Qualifications:
- 15 years full-time education
- Proven expertise in cloud infrastructure administration, automation, and troubleshooting
