Job Title: Senior Architect – Technical Solution Architect
Mphasis is seeking a highly experienced Technical Solution Architect who can bridge business goals with strong technical execution. This role demands deep architecture expertise, hands-on technical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and a visionary approach to designing enterprise-grade solutions.

- 10+ years total technical experience
- 3+ years as a dedicated Technical Solution Architect
- Proven background in designing customer- and employee-facing applications
Roles & Responsibilities
Architectural Leadership
- Lead end-to-end design for complex technical solutions based on business requirements.
- Build detailed architecture diagrams, implementation blueprints, and system design documentation.
- Evaluate, recommend, and validate frameworks, tools, cloud services, and integration approaches.
Technical Solutioning
- Translate business needs into robust and scalable architectures.
- Define data flows, system integrations, API contracts, microservices design, and deployment patterns.
- Ensure all solutions follow best practices, security standards, and compliance guidelines.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with product owners, business teams, PMs, and development teams for seamless execution.
- Deliver architecture presentations and communicate complex concepts effectively.
Hands-On Technical Support
- Support development teams during implementation, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to architecture principles.
- Identify and mitigate technical, performance, and integration risks.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with cutting-edge technologies, cloud advancements, architecture patterns, and emerging trends.
- Contribute to process optimization and recommend innovations that enhance product performance.
Technical Skills Required
Core Expertise
- Strong proficiency in Java, React, Node.js, Python, or C#
- Deep understanding of OOP, design patterns, scalable architecture
- Experience designing REST APIs, microservices, authentication (OAuth/JWT)
- Hands-on experience with NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra)
- Cloud experience: AWS / GCP / Azure
- Strong experience with enterprise-grade, high-availability platforms
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SDLC
