Job Description
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring experienced professionals for the Veeva Vault Platform role in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for L3-level platform configurations, environment management, and domain setup in a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Configurations
- Setup and maintain SSL/SSH certificates.
- Configure and manage Azure AD SSO for authentication.
- Establish and maintain connections with M365 for collaborative authoring.
- Setup and manage AWS S3 Buckets for secure data storage.
- Handle and follow up on technical escalations with third-party vendors.
Configuration Management
- Create and modify user roles and permissions.
- Configure and maintain domain settings (e.g., SSO, CA Collaborative Authoring, AWS S3).
- Manage Vault configurations and settings.
Environment Management
- Execute qualified deployments and BI-specific release checklists.
- Create pre-release Vaults and maintain snapshots of prior releases.
Domain Management
- Configure and enforce security policies and network access rules.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Veeva Vault platform configuration.
- Experience in Azure AD SSO, M365 integration, and AWS S3 setup.
- Strong understanding of SSL/SSH certificates and domain management.
- Knowledge of deployment procedures and environment management best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- 5–12 years of experience in Veeva Vault platform administration and configuration management.
- Strong troubleshooting and vendor coordination skills.
