Job Description
- Perform administrative tasks for Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and/or OpenText ALM/QC on SaaS Platform
- Handle installation, upgrades, and environment design
- Integrate with third-party tools and manage plugin deployments
- Migrate relevant data and integrations to the SaaS platform
- Validate and verify the upgraded environment and projects
- Implement new functionality as per requirements
- Customize and configure projects (user roles, project entities, alerts, workflows, etc.)
- Design and develop workflows and configurations
- Create template projects and custom dashboards/reports
Desired Skills
- Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and processes
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira, Confluence, OpenText ALM/QC
- Experience in SaaS platform administration, migration, and integration
