Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring skilled DevOps Engineers to support enterprise-grade platforms in a 24×7 production environment. The role emphasizes CI/CD pipeline engineering, secure release management, and modern deployment strategies to ensure high availability and low-risk production releases.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
🔹 CI/CD & Release Management
- Design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines with built-in gates for:
- Security scans
- Unit and integration testing
- Segregation of duties
- Implement multi-stage deployments:
- Development → Test/UAT → Pre-Production → Production
- Integrate change control processes including CAB approvals
- Manage advanced deployment strategies:
- Blue/Green deployments
- Canary releases
- Feature flag-based rollouts
- Ensure minimal downtime and reduced production risk during releases
🎓 Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)
- Experience: 5–10 years in DevOps / Release Engineering
- Strong understanding of:
- CI/CD pipelines
- DevOps best practices
- Production support in 24×7 environments
- Experience working in enterprise IT infrastructure setups
