Job Description
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for an experienced Automation Testing Engineer to join its dynamic IT Infrastructure Services team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have expertise in API testing, Selenium automation, and CI/CD pipeline integration with a strong understanding of cloud concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute Automation frameworks using Selenium with BDD or Cucumber.
- Work on API automation testing using REST/SOAP APIs, Postman, Groovy, and VBScript.
- Collaborate in Agile environments for continuous testing and delivery.
- Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Splunk, Maven, Bamboo).
- Apply knowledge of AWS Cloud concepts in testing scenarios.
- Participate in troubleshooting and improving testing methodologies.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, JavaScript, and Postman.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and automation frameworks.
- Experience with API testing, Groovy, and VBScript.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud, CI/CD tools, and test automation integration.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Prior experience in Automation testing projects.
- Exposure to Performance testing tools and techniques.
- Agile methodology experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 4–9 years of professional experience in Automation Testing.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and collaboration skills.
