This role focuses on designing and developing scalable backend systems using modern technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kubernetes, AWS, Kafka, and Elasticsearch.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-quality software, prototypes, and POCs.
- Lead requirement analysis, technical specification design, and test planning.
- Act as a technical SME—mentor engineers and guide complex design solutions.
- Contribute 30–70% through hands-on coding.
- Build documentation, architectural presentations, and technical proposals.
- Collaborate across product teams, business units, and engineering groups.
- Implement Agile/SCRUM best practices for fast-paced product development.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software/web/mobile development.
- Proven leadership experience handling cross-functional teams.
- Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Databases.
- Hands-on experience in Kafka, Kubernetes, Caching Systems.
- Strong knowledge of AWS and DevOps development models.
- Proficiency with the full SDLC lifecycle.
- Deep understanding of RESTful API development (3+ years).
- Expertise in software architecture and unit testing/TDD.
- Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities.
