🔹 Role Overview
As a Site Reliability Engineer (AI/ML Expertise), you will focus on reliability engineering, observability, automation, and operational excellence for SAP-centric platforms and AI-powered services. You will work closely with platform, DevOps, AI/ML, and API teams to ensure high availability, performance, and compliance across hybrid cloud environments.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
🔸 Reliability Engineering
- Define and implement SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs for SAP applications
- Apply error budgets to guide release and reliability decisions
- Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and chaos engineering
🔸 Observability & Incident Management
- Build end-to-end observability using metrics, logs, and traces
- Implement Dynatrace for application and infrastructure monitoring
- Automate alerting, runbooks, and incident response workflows
- Drive postmortems, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
🔸 AI/ML Operations
- Deploy, monitor, and manage ML models in production
- Implement drift detection, rollback strategies, and model retraining pipelines
- Ensure model reliability, fairness, and compliance
- Integrate ML workflows with SAP BTP AI services
🔸 API Management & Integration
- Manage and secure APIs using SAP Integration Suite, SAP API Management, or Google Apigee
- Implement API governance, traffic management, and monitoring

- Hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite, SAP API Management, or Google Apigee
- Strong proficiency in Red Hat Linux and Shell/Bash scripting
- Exposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC, containers)
