Oracle is seeking a skilled Site Reliability Developer 3 to strengthen its cloud infrastructure and distributed systems. This role focuses on enhancing reliability, scalability, and performance across Oracle Cloud services through deep engineering, automation, and architectural excellence.
You will be involved in solving complex, production-level challenges and building robust automation to prevent recurrences, ensuring the smooth functioning of large-scale cloud environments.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Solve complex issues related to cloud infrastructure and automate remediation
- Design, write, and deploy software improving availability, scalability, and efficiency
- Develop architectures and standards for distributed systems
- Drive capacity planning, performance analysis, and system optimization
- Collaborate with SRE teams for full-stack ownership across services
- Ensure security, resiliency, and performance of mission-critical systems
- Guide development teams in enhancing service architecture
- Act as top-level escalation for undocumented or critical issues
- Troubleshoot production environments by understanding service topology
- Explain the impact of architectural decisions on distributed systems
- Pursue deep expertise in services, technologies, and automation principles
