Job Summary
HCLTech is seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist with strong expertise in AI/ML development, cloud platforms, and distributed systems. This role requires hands-on experience in building, deploying, and optimizing AI systems using modern frameworks and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong technical guidance to development teams and improve overall productivity.
- Conduct detailed code reviews, ensure QA adherence, enforce best practices, and optimize performance for complex AI/ML projects.
- Ensure process compliance, participate in technical feasibility discussions, risk analysis, architecture recommendations, and estimation breakdowns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and submit status reports to reduce risks and manage escalations effectively.
Required Skills & Expertise
AI/ML & Deep Learning
- 5+ years of experience building AI systems
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision
- Experience with TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch
Programming Skills
- Expertise in Python, Java, C++
Cloud Platforms
- Experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure
Distributed & Scalable Systems
- Experience with Hadoop, Spark
DevOps & Deployment
- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
