Job Overview
Mphasis is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Digital Developer to join a global insurance technology program. This role focuses on front-end leadership, Sitecore-based digital platforms, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, while also contributing to backend integrations and cloud-based architectures.
You will play a key role in shaping global digital architecture, mentoring teams, and delivering high-performance, consumer-facing web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality, responsive code
- Architect and design robust front-end digital solutions
- Lead and mentor project and delivery technical teams
- Define and maintain global Sitecore architecture and standards
- Develop reusable, scalable front-end components and libraries
- Ensure performance, scalability, SEO optimization, and cross-browser compatibility
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders on feasibility, estimation, and risk
- Participate in code reviews, architecture reviews, and design approvals
- Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Act as Sitecore Design Authority, ensuring governance and standards adherence
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with React, Angular, Bootstrap, Foundation
- Experience with Sitecore CMS
- Proficiency with Git / Bitbucket
- Experience with REST APIs and Microservices
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for web applications
- Experience with Node.js
- CI/CD pipelines for front-end technologies
- Agile development experience (Scrum / Kanban)
Preferred & Advanced Skills
- Full-stack development with backend integrations
- Performance tuning of high-volume consumer web applications
- Selenium-based automated testing strategies
- Feature toggles, A/B testing, canary releases
- Cloud platforms: Azure and AWS
