📝 Job Description
Oracle is looking for an experienced Senior JD Edwards CNC Administrator to support and manage JD Edwards EnterpriseOne production environments. This role involves hands-on administration, implementation, configuration, and ongoing production support across multiple JDE versions.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in JD Edwards CNC activities, operating systems, databases, WebLogic Server, and customer-facing production support models, along with the flexibility to work in shift-based environments.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Perform JD Edwards implementation and production support activities
- Install, configure, and maintain JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (9.0, 9.1, 9.2)
- Run and manage JDE production environments and daily CNC administrative tasks
- Handle CNC activities including:
- Security administration
- OMW (Object Management Workbench)
- OMC (Object Management Console)
- ESUs / ASUs
- Package build and deployment
- Administer and support:
- Operating Systems: Oracle Enterprise Linux (OEL), Unix, Windows
- Databases: Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server
- Application/Web Server: Oracle WebLogic Server (WLS)
- Troubleshoot complex system and application issues
- Interact with customers on technical and business-related issues
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Participate in shift rotations, including night shifts
🎯 Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in:
- JD Edwards CNC Administration
- JDE Implementation & Production Support Model
- Strong expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (9.x)
- Solid knowledge of:
- Oracle Enterprise Linux / Unix / Windows
- Oracle Database & MS SQL Server
- WebLogic Server administration
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer interaction and communication skills
- Team player with a proactive support mindset
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
