- Design and promote secure-by-default architecture and development practices
- Implement Security-as-Code across CI/CD pipelines and container platforms
- Automate security checks within DevOps and containerization workflows
- Perform security operations, incident response, and threat mitigation
- Analyze security telemetry and support risk-based decision making
- Investigate vulnerabilities, perform post-mortems, and define preventive controls
- Collaborate with product teams on security validation, risk assessment, and remediation
- Support compliance with global security standards and regulations
🎯 Required Skills
✅ Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years experience in application security & DevSecOps engineering
- Security tooling: Threat Modeling, Burp Suite, Authorization Testing
- Secure SDLC, OWASP Top 10 & API Top 10
- SAST tools: GitHub Advanced Security, Checkmarx ONE
- Expertise in Cloud Application Security
- Cryptography standards: FIPS 140-3, NIST PQC
- Container Security, SBOM, Cyber Resilience Act compliance
- Knowledge of Agentic AI, GenAI security & EU AI Act
- CI/CD pipelines, microservices & containerization
- Strong Linux administration & scripting (Python, Go, Groovy)
- Ability to collaborate with global teams (USA, Germany, Shanghai)
⭐ Nice-to-Have Skills
- Security experience with Kafka, Apache Flink, Apache Solr
- SaaS & multi-tenancy architecture understanding
- Experience across multiple public cloud platforms
🎓 Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
