Roles & Responsibilities
- Support and develop existing and new integration points for SAP SuccessFactors
- Design and define future integration strategies
- Translate business requirements into technical SAP CPI solutions
- Build end-to-end integrations with field mappings
- Streamline data consolidation processes
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Develop, configure, and support custom iFlows
- Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely issue resolution
- Ensure SLA adherence and zero escalations
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
- Strong expertise in SAP CPI & Integration Center
- Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors APIs
- Hands-on experience with Compound Employee, Employee Central (EC)
- Strong experience in Groovy scripting and XSLT
- End-to-end integration experience with SAP & non-SAP systems
- Knowledge of protocols:
SOAP, REST, IDOC, SFTP, SMTP, ODATA, OAuth, mTLS - Experience in custom interface development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of SDLC (Project Management experience is a plus)
Support & Operations Responsibilities
- Handle client tickets with 100% SLA adherence
- Perform RCA for recurring issues
- Ensure timely resolution of high-priority incidents
- Coordinate with onsite teams for complex issues
- Maintain backups, logs, and operational documentation
- Ensure zero customer escalations and high CSAT
