Job Description:
DXC Technology is hiring a skilled Sabre Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our Bangalore team. This role requires hands-on experience with cloud platforms, distributed applications, and robust monitoring solutions to ensure high availability and performance in production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and implement distributed applications in production.
- Work with cloud platforms like GCP (preferred) or AWS.
- Build and maintain observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Google dashboards, Zabbix, or similar tools.
- Conduct incident response and root cause analysis at the application level.
- Automate operational tasks using Ansible and scripting (Python, Bash).
- Collaborate with development teams to improve application performance and availability.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with distributed applications in production.
- Cloud experience with GCP or AWS.
- Strong understanding of metrics, logs, and traces for monitoring.
- Proficiency in Ansible, Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of application performance, latency, and error handling in distributed systems.
- Experience with observability and monitoring frameworks.
