🔹 About the Role
Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant specializing in ARCS to join our Enterprise Package Application Services team. In this role, you will support clients in navigating digital transformation through end-to-end EPM implementations, solution design, POCs, configuration, and deployment.
🔹 Responsibilities
- Support consulting team across phases including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution design, and deployment.
- Analyze alternative solutions using research, vendor evaluations, and literature surveys.
- Create detailed requirement specifications based on business needs and functional processes.
- Configure Oracle EPM solutions, troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and recommend viable technical options.
- Prepare POCs, drive functional workshops, and contribute to organizational initiatives.
🔹 Additional Responsibilities
- Work with clients to identify business challenges and deliver high-quality consulting outcomes.
- Stay updated with latest technologies and EPM trends.
- Apply logical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Assess current processes and recommend improvements through Oracle technology solutions.
- Bring one or two domain expertise areas for stronger solution alignment.
🔹 Technical & Professional Requirements
- 8–12 years of Oracle EPM experience, including 5+ years in ARCS.
- Minimum 3 ARCS end-to-end implementations.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- ARCS Profiles, Formats, Rules, Match Types
- Transaction Matching & Variance Analysis
- Data Management / FDMEE for ERP integrations
- REST APIs, BIP Reports, Direct Adapters
- Conduct workshops for reconciliation and transaction matching requirements.
- Design ARCS architecture including workflows, security, and certification processes.
- Configure ARCS for Balance Sheet Reconciliations and Transaction Matching.
- Develop custom rules for exception handling and variance analysis.
- Create dashboards and reporting for reconciliation status.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
