Oracle is hiring Senior Cloud Operation Engineers to manage production environments, ensuring availability, scalability, and efficiency of Oracle Cloud Services. You will handle incident management, cloud deployments, performance optimization, and system tuning to support critical business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain & optimize production server hardware/software.
- Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and on-call support.
- Deploy software updates with zero downtime.
- Automate manual processes & manage cloud deployments.
- Ensure monitoring, security posture, and high availability.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
✅ Required Skills
- 6+ years overall IT experience (min. 4 years in SysAdmin/Support).
- Strong Linux Administration (Hardware family understanding).
- Experience with Virtualization, Networking, Cloud Computing.
- Proficiency in Shell/Bash/Python scripting.
- Knowledge of Load Balancers, Monitoring Tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic, New Relic).
- Hands-on with CI/CD, automation, deployment operations.
