About the Role
TCS is hiring an experienced One Identity specialist for an IAM Consultant role in Bengaluru. The position focuses on designing, customizing, and integrating Identity and Access Management solutions using the One Identity suite.
Job Description
Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions using One Identity products while following industry best practices. Customize and extend the One Identity Manager data model to align with business needs. Develop and maintain One Identity connectors and use exposed APIs for automation and advanced integration.
Work directly with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, implement features, and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure secure and efficient authentication, authorization, and access control. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate IAM solutions with enterprise apps and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain IAM solutions using One Identity suite
- Customize One Identity Manager data models
- Develop connectors and integrate with external systems
- Use One Identity APIs for automation and advanced functionality
- Engage with clients for requirement gathering and implementation
- Ensure secure authentication, authorization, and access control
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for application and cloud integration
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts
- Hands-on experience with One Identity products:
- Manager
- Safeguard
- Active Roles
- Defender
- Starling 2FA
- One Identity Manager architecture and customization
- One Identity APIs and connector development
- VB.NET or similar programming languages
- Solid software engineering and IAM architecture knowledge
- Familiarity with cloud computing, microservices, containers, and DevOps
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in end-to-end IAM implementation projects
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing capabilities
Qualifications
Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Computer Application, Bachelor of Computer Science, Bachelor of Science, or Diploma.
