🎯 Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Modern distributed applications
- Java, Spring Framework, ReactJS, AWS, Kubernetes
- Solid software fundamentals:
Data Structures, Algorithms, System Design, OO Design - Experience building SaaS/public cloud systems with strong DevOps mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Ability to drive architectural health, engineering velocity, and product innovation.
