- Deliver post-sales support and advanced solutions for Oracle customers
- Act as the primary technical contact for customer escalations
- Provide 3rd & 4th level support for Oracle Engineered Systems
- Work closely with customer IT teams onsite or remotely
- Perform installation, patching, tuning, and troubleshooting
- Participate in customer-driven projects and implementations
- Maintain disaster recovery, compliance, and system standards
- Advise Oracle management on issue resolution status and progress

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Linux / Solaris Server Administration
- In-depth knowledge of:
- Oracle Supercluster
- Exadata, M8-8 Servers
- ZFS configuration & patching
- PDOM / LDOM configuration
- Oracle PCA administration
- Strong experience in:
- Performance tuning & troubleshooting
- Capacity planning
- Oracle Kubernetes Administration
- Experience managing Oracle Engineered Systems (Exadata, ZDLRA, PCA)
- Ability to work in a 24Γ7 production environment
- Excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills

- Shell / Python Scripting knowledge
- Cloud certifications or cloud platform exposure

- Bachelorβs Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent experience
