Role Overview
You will install, configure, and maintain Linux servers across physical, virtual, and cloud platforms. The role includes managing storage, improving system performance, enforcing security policies, and supporting OS upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, SUSE)
- Manage LVM, RAID, and file systems
- Implement security policies and user authentication controls
- Handle DNS, DHCP, NTP, NFS, Samba, Apache/Nginx, SSH, FTP
- Work on AWS, Azure, and GCP Linux environments
- Support OS builds and upgrade activities
- Ensure system performance, monitoring, and automation
- Troubleshoot issues and maintain availability of critical systems
Your Profile
- 4–12 years of Linux administration experience
- Strong skills in shell scripting, performance tuning, deployment, and troubleshooting
- Experience managing cloud environments
- Strong understanding of core Linux services
- Proactive mindset with focus on automation and continuous improvement
