📌 Job Overview
As a Lead Consultant – DevOps, you will be responsible for coding, testing, automation, and delivery of scalable platform services. You will work closely with Scrum teams, system engineers, architects, and principal engineers to build highly available, reliable, and secure systems that support new product development.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
⚙️ DevOps & Platform Engineering
- Strong Unix / Linux system development and performance leadership
- Deliver foundational platform services for new product development
- Implement and automate installation, patching, and platform upgrades
- Build and maintain highly available, scalable, and reliable systems
🤖 Automation & Tooling
- Work with DevOps tools such as:
- Docker
- Kickstart
- Packer
- Ansible
- Automate infrastructure and platform operations
- Recommend and establish monitoring and alerting solutions
📊 Monitoring & Observability
- Configure and manage Prometheus & Grafana
- Configure and manage ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
- Implement alerting and supervision for platform stability
🧩 Agile & Collaboration
- Work as part of Scrum / Agile teams
- Deliver features based on assigned priorities
- Collaborate with system engineers, architects, and principal engineers
- Apply best practices in:
- SDLC
- Agile & CI
- Product & platform security
- Application scaling
- Documentation, refactoring & testing

✅ Minimum Qualifications
- BE / B.Tech / MCA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
