Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant – DevOps Engineer.
The ideal candidate will design and manage scalable, secure healthcare infrastructure, build automated CI/CD pipelines, and ensure compliant, high-availability deployments in mission-critical environments.

🧑💻 Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable healthcare infrastructure using Terraform (IaC)
- Build, operate, and scale Kubernetes clusters for containerized applications
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of clinical and patient-facing systems
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for safe and rapid releases
- Collaborate with engineering teams on EHR, scheduling, billing, and telehealth deployments
- Implement blue/green and canary deployments to reduce downtime
- Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks proactively
- Drive reliability engineering, resilience, and disaster recovery practices
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and healthcare regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
- Stay updated on DevOps tools, cloud-native technologies, and healthcare automation
✅ Minimum Qualifications
- Strong experience in DevOps Engineering
- Expertise in Kubernetes (setup, scaling, monitoring, troubleshooting)
- Hands-on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Solid knowledge of Linux, networking, Docker, and containerization
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
⭐ Preferred Qualifications / Skills
- Prior experience in Healthcare Technology (HealthTech)
- Deep understanding of EHR/EMR systems and patient data security
- Knowledge of interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading quality initiatives across multiple products or portfolios
