Job Description:
As a Technology Support Engineer at Accenture, you will:
- Resolve incidents and problems across business systems ensuring operational stability.
- Implement and manage IIS web servers and related components.
- Create and manage Requests for Change (RFCs) and update the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with vendors and service management teams for troubleshooting and resolution.
- Lead a team of middleware administrators to design and implement middleware systems.
- Manage system performance, apply security patches, and optimize applications for reliability.
- Drive automation and DevOps initiatives for enhanced efficiency.
Professional and Technical Skills:
- Proven expertise in IIS Administration (versions 7, 8, 10).
- Strong understanding of HTTP, HTTPS, SSL/TLS, DNS, and Windows Server OS.
- Proficiency in middleware setup (WAS, JBOSS, Tomcat, Apache).
- Good experience with PowerShell and Batch scripting for automation.
- Familiarity with .NET, ASP.NET frameworks, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
Additional Information:
- Certification in middleware technologies is a plus.
- Must have 15 years of full-time education.
