Job Summary
The Senior Specialist will provide advanced technical support, conduct troubleshooting, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure high-quality customer experience and system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow quality standards, compliance, and company policies
- Support and resolve complex technical incidents escalated by analysts
- Conduct RCA and implement solutions for technical and security-related issues
- Contribute to knowledge base management, training, and mentoring analysts
- Resolve advanced tickets within SLAs and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure a positive customer experience via First Call Resolution and proactive issue mitigation
