💼 Job Description
As a Lead – Data Platform Engineering, you’ll design and maintain Master Data Management (MDM) systems that integrate and govern high-quality data across Freshworks’ technology stack. This role involves deep collaboration with business and engineering stakeholders while driving data reliability and governance across platforms.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Reltio MDM solutions aligned with business needs.
- Develop ETL pipelines using SQL and Python.
- Integrate data from platforms like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and D&B using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH).
- Build workflows for data governance and approval processes.
- Conduct data profiling, resolve quality issues, and implement governance standards.
- Collaborate with IT and business users to support data architecture and integrations.
- Provide user training and contribute to ongoing MDM platform enhancements.
✅ Required Qualifications
- Education: B.E / B. Tech in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience: 5–8 years in MDM, preferably with Reltio, Informatica, or Profisee.
- Strong hands-on knowledge in:
- SQL & Python for data scripting
- MDM architecture (Matching, Survivorship)
- API integrations and Reltio Workflows
- Data modeling and data lakes (AWS, Databricks)
- Familiarity with application-to-application integration, data lake, and data warehouse environments.
