Accenture is seeking a Technology Support Engineer with expertise in Microsoft SQL Server Administration. This position requires managing incidents, ensuring database performance, and supporting the infrastructure to guarantee system stability and reliability.
You’ll also work closely with vendors, update troubleshooting documentation, and provide change management inputs through RFCs (Requests for Change).
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Act independently as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SQL Server-based systems
- Manage incidents and problems across critical business system components
- Create and implement RFCs and update internal knowledge bases
- Collaborate with vendors and internal support teams for root cause analysis
- Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting techniques
✅ Must-Have Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration
- Solid knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization
- Experience in backup and recovery strategies
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and database security best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
