🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Design & implement secure, scalable, high-performance infrastructure solutions on AWS
- Drive cloud strategy for resilience, blue-green deployments, security, and performance
- Lead DevOps best practices and CI/CD automation
- Partner with tech leads to architect cloud-native applications
- Hire and mentor top engineering talent
- Oversee production infrastructure management, tooling, and security posture
- Build metrics-driven operational excellence and innovation culture
✅ Mandatory Qualifications
- 8+ years of total experience in Infra/DevOps, with 5+ years in Cloud (AWS preferred)
- Expertise in AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with config management tools: Chef, Puppet, or Ansible
- Hands-on with Unix/Linux systems, MySQL, PostgreSQL
- Proven success in managing high-performing teams and leading change
- Strong interpersonal skills & technical communication
- Passion for tech strategy, agile processes, and operational excellence
