International Youth Day: TCS Youth Employment Program Upskills 185,000 Youth Over 15 Years
MUMBAI, August 12, 2025 – Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global IT services leader, marked International Youth Day by highlighting the impact of its flagship Youth Employment Program (YEP). Since its launch in 2010, YEP has equipped over 1.85 lakh young individuals across all Indian states and union territories with marketable skills, industry-relevant credentials, and valuable certifications.
Through its Teach, Coach, Mentor, and Place model, TCS has helped 43,800 students secure formal employment — including 41,800 women and 12,500 youth from underrepresented communities. The program now also offers a free digital learning portal to overcome geographical and infrastructural barriers, allowing eligible learners to train anytime, anywhere.

Key Impact Highlights of TCS Youth Programs (FY 2025):
- Ignite My Future (IMF): Enabled 5,800+ teachers to prepare 266,900+ students for the AI era with Computational Thinking skills.
- TCS go Innovate Together (goIT): Inspired 81,374 students in 50 countries to solve real-world problems using AI, IoT, and App Design.
- BridgeIT Program: Established 1,700+ digital entrepreneurs (mostly women) delivering digital services to 744,000 citizens in 4,457 villages annually.
