Project Role: Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Role Overview:
You will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems, both onsite and remotely. This includes supporting hardware/software, implementing technologies at the OS level, and managing services across various server and network platforms. The role involves L1 & L2 support and intermediate troubleshooting.

As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will handle technical support, system maintenance, troubleshooting, and platform-level operations. You will ensure system stability, resolve issues efficiently, and support both hardware/software environments. The role includes participating in team discussions, documenting processes, and continuous upskilling.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work independently and grow into an SME
- Actively participate in team technical discussions
- Provide solutions to operational and technical issues
- Document processes, SOPs, and system procedures
- Perform OS-level technical implementations
- Troubleshoot L1 & L2 issues across server/network areas
- Support remote and onsite technical operations
Professional & Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Automation Architecture
- Knowledge of automation tools & system integration
- Experience with scripting: Python, PowerShell
- Familiarity with cloud services & platforms
- Understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting
- Ability to handle platform-level OS operations
