Key Responsibilities
Dashboard & Report Development
- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and paginated reports
- Create visually compelling, user-friendly reports aligned with organizational standards
- Implement advanced Power BI features such as drill-through, bookmarks, and dynamic filtering
Data Modeling & Optimization
- Build robust data models using Power Query (M) and DAX
- Develop KPIs, measures, and calculated columns
- Optimize datasets using query folding, incremental refresh, and performance best practices
Data Integration
- Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL Server, Azure Data Lake, Excel, and APIs
- Ensure dashboards meet performance, scalability, and reliability benchmarks
Technical & Professional Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Power BI dashboard and report development
- Strong hands-on expertise in Power Query (M) and DAX
- Experience integrating multiple structured and semi-structured data sources
- Proven skills in performance tuning and dataset optimization
- Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based data solutions (preferred)
