📌 Job Overview
Infosys Limited is hiring an experienced Network Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong expertise in Cisco ISE, DDI, and DNAC. This role is ideal for professionals with deep knowledge of enterprise networking, SD-WAN, data center networking, and network security, looking to work on large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure environments.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Aruba, or similar networking technologies
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for:
- SD-WAN
- Data Center Networks (ACI, FabricPath, EVPN, VXLAN)
- Nexus architecture
- Wireless controllers
- Expertise in Ethernet fabric technologies including Cisco ACI and EVPN VXLAN
- Perform advanced network troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Ensure adherence to network security best practices
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
