Job Description
As part of the Infosys Engineering Services team, you will play a key role in identifying client issues, designing innovative solutions, and driving successful implementations that ensure client satisfaction. This role demands strong expertise in network management, Linux systems, and telecom network technologies such as LTE and DOCSIS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve client issues while designing and deploying high-quality solutions.
- Contribute to proposals and solution designs in collaboration with the consulting team.
- Configure network systems as per design specifications and conduct pilots or proof-of-concept workshops.
- Assist in project delivery, ensuring alignment with customer and organizational goals.
- Lead small-scale projects and contribute to process improvements within the team.

- Maintain awareness of the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Apply logical problem-solving and teamwork skills to ensure project success.
- Understand financial processes and pricing models for various project types.

Technical & Professional Requirements
- Strong knowledge of IP addressing, DHCP administration, and Linux systems.
- Experience with DOCSIS converters (Cisco) and LTE wireless access networks.
- Proficiency in network management tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with network configurations and system integrations.
- Optional: familiarity with C and C++ for open system environments.
