Job Description
Infosys is hiring IT Consulting professionals for its Cloud & Infrastructure Services unit in Bangalore. This role involves client interfacing, quality assurance, and issue resolution, ensuring that clients receive high-level service offerings in the technology domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interface with clients for quality assurance, issue resolution, and satisfaction.
- Understand requirements, review designs, and validate architecture.
- Participate in project estimation, risk planning, code reviews, and unit test reviews.
