🧾 Job Description
Infosys is hiring Infra Admins (Desktop Support Engineers) with strong hands-on experience in Windows 10/11, system troubleshooting, network configuration, and team management. You will be part of the Cloud & Infrastructure Services team, offering technical support across desktops, laptops, printers, networks, and enterprise tools.
🛠️ Responsibilities
- OS support for Windows and Mac machines (installations, configurations, patches)
- Desktop/laptop troubleshooting and driver/device setup
- Email and application-level support
- LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting, IP address configuration
- Printer and scanner support
- Active Directory (AD) domain support
- Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change)
- Remote desktop and remote assistance handling
- Escalate hardware issues to vendors when needed
👨💻 Required Skills
- 5+ years in desktop support
- Experience managing a team (10–20 members)
- In-depth knowledge of Windows 10 and 11
- Familiarity with PowerShell or VBScript for task automation
- Flexibility to work 24×7 shifts
🧠 Preferred Skills
- Infrastructure Administration
- ServiceNow / Remedy Administration
- Active Directory, Citrix, Linux Admin
- Windows Server, VMware vSphere, Dell NetVault
- SAP Basis / SAP HANA, Backup Technologies

🎓 Educational Qualification
- Bachelor of Engineering
