Key Responsibilities
- Lead application migration initiatives to the AWS cloud.
- Understand user needs and translate them into system features and functionalities.
- Identify issues, bottlenecks, and potential system improvements.
- Resolve development and production challenges across multiple environments.
- Support architecture design, development, validation, and maintenance activities.
- Analyze client requirements and modernize existing systems for AWS workloads.
- Deliver end-to-end feature development and troubleshoot implementation challenges.
- Prepare detailed design artifacts, perform code reviews, and contribute to validation processes.

Additional Responsibilities & Skills
- Experience with containerization and microservices on AWS.

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, cloud-ready architectures, and cloud SDK usage.
- Hands-on expertise with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Python.
- Familiarity with VM, PaaS, containers, serverless, and AWS storage services.
- Ability to implement automated testing frameworks and unit tests.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with distributed teams.
- Flexibility to travel and work independently or with cross-functional groups.
