As an Application Developer – Google Cloud Migration, you will be part of the IBM Client Innovation Center (Delivery Center), delivering cutting-edge expertise to global clients. You’ll play a critical role in cloud transformation by developing scalable solutions and ensuring smooth cloud adoption.
✅ Responsibilities
- Feature Development & Issue Resolution – Handle end-to-end feature development and troubleshoot challenges during implementation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve product issues as per SLAs.
- Continuous Learning – Explore emerging technologies and integrate them into feature development.
- Lifecycle Ownership – Contribute to design, coding, testing, and deployment of cloud applications.
🎯 Required Skills & Expertise
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Workflow, Cloud Scheduler, Cloud Run, Data Proc, Cloud Functions.
- Strong experience in Terraform & Infrastructure Automation.
- Python Programming expertise.
- Hands-on with end-to-end data pipeline building in GCP.
- GCP PDE certification preferred.
- Experience in logging and monitoring GCP services.
- Capable of developing, supporting, and maintaining data engineering solutions on GCP.
📌 Preferred Skills
- Stay updated with the latest cloud frameworks & tools.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and deploy applications on Google Cloud.
🎓 Education
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferred: Master’s Degree
