As a Technical Architect – AWS Platform, you’ll help clients migrate, optimize, and modernize their cloud infrastructure while driving innovation across industries.
🎯 Roles and Responsibilities
- Consult clients and propose cloud architecture solutions for migration from on-premise to AWS or cross-cloud optimization.
- Experiment with new cloud offerings, define best practices for automation, DevOps, and cloud adoption.
- Apply cloud design principles: sizing, resiliency, multi-zone/cluster setup, and disaster recovery.
- Lead discussions with client technical experts, application teams, and vendors using design thinking approaches.
- Act as a thought leader in cloud automation and architectural solutions.
🎓 Education
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferred: Master’s Degree
🛠 Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- AWS Solution Architect certification (mandatory).
- 10–15 years IT experience with at least 5+ years hands-on AWS Cloud expertise.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services, databases, and operating systems.
- Experience in Terraform, Ansible, automation, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
💡 Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Knowledge of ROSA (RedHat on AWS) concepts.
- Experience in global enterprise environments with large-scale AWS deployments.
- Ability to contribute to IBM Cloud projects when required.
