As a Technical Solution Architect, you will lead the architecture and technical design of mission-critical applications, collaborate with senior stakeholders, evaluate technologies, and guide engineering teams to deliver superior digital solutions. This position requires deep technical expertise combined with strong leadership and communication abilities.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
🏗 Architecture & Design
- Lead architecture design for complex systems aligned with business objectives
- Develop architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation plans
- Document integration points, data flows, and deployment strategies
🛠 Technology Selection & Evaluation
- Choose frameworks, tools, and platforms based on scalability & performance
- Ensure adherence to security standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices
🤝 Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with product owners, business teams, PMs, and engineering teams
- Mentor developers and enforce architectural guidelines
- Present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
⚙ Hands-On Technical Support
- Support implementation teams with complex coding challenges
- Participate in code reviews and ensure architecture alignment
- Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize system design
🚀 Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on emerging technologies
- Enhance development processes, methodologies, and architectural frameworks
🧠 Technical Skills Required
- Strong expertise in one or more: Java, React, Node.js, Python, C#
- Deep understanding of OOP, design patterns, microservices, REST APIs
- Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra)
- Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, authentication frameworks
- Cloud experience: AWS / Azure / GCP
- Hands-on experience with scalable, high-availability systems
- Strong SDLC knowledge, especially Agile / Scrum

- Front-end frameworks: Angular, React, Vue
- Knowledge of AI, ML, NLP & chatbot platforms
- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

🎓 Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
