SAP Labs India is looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join the Resilience Operations Team at SAP SuccessFactors. The team ensures business continuity and operational stability for cloud products and services through resilience engineering, automation, and disaster recovery strategies.
🌟 Job Summary
As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain resilient and secure cloud solutions, automate recovery workflows, and support Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Management (BCM). You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SAP cloud services are robust, compliant, and highly available.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
✔ Design, build, and maintain automated recovery workflows for monolithic and distributed cloud services
✔ Develop and maintain resilience plans, processes, and documentation
✔ Plan and execute mock drills and simulations for DR and BCM
✔ Participate in audits and assessments to ensure compliance with SOC, ISO 22301, DORA, and internal standards
✔ Collaborate with teams to implement secure and resilient cloud solutions
✔ Monitor, log, alert, and enhance observability for cloud services
🎯 What You’ll Bring
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure design and architecture (Azure, AWS, or other public cloud platforms)
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools, deployment strategies, and automation/orchestration workflows
- Proficiency in building secure, resilient cloud solutions
- Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) principles
- Experience in developing and maintaining Business Continuity Plans (BCP)
- Strong adaptability to evolving technologies and excellent communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
