💼 Job Overview
As a Dynamics 365 Integration Developer, you will design, customize, and integrate advanced CRM capabilities tailored to business needs. You will work on end-to-end development, third-party system integrations, Power Platform solutions, and Azure-based services to deliver high-quality digital transformation outcomes.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
1. Development & Customisation
- Build and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Develop custom features using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Implement low-code/no-code components using Power Apps & Dataverse
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and documentation
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and security
2. Technical Solutioning & Integration
- Translate business requirements into technical designs
- Integrate D365 with external applications using REST APIs, Logic Apps, Power Automate
- Perform data migration via Azure Data Factory, SSIS, KingswaySoft
- Build reports using Power BI and SSRS
3. Testing & Deployment
- Execute system testing and user acceptance validation
- Provide effort estimates and support project planning
- Participate in deployment and release activities
- Work under Agile/Scrum methodologies
4. Support & Continuous Improvement
- Provide post-go-live support and resolve technical issues
- Enhance system performance and optimize CRM workflows
- Stay updated with Microsoft releases & Power Platform trends
- Identify automation opportunities, including AI-driven enhancements

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years integration experience (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Marketing)
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management
- Familiarity with Dataverse and Common Data Model
- Experience with integration tools: KingswaySoft, SSIS, ADF
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices
- D365 certifications (added advantage)
