About the Role
HCLTech is looking for a Generative AI Engineer (GenAI Engineer) to design and implement advanced AI systems capable of creating original and intelligent outputs across text, image, audio, video, and code. The role combines expertise in machine learning, data science, and software engineering, driving the next generation of AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, boosting productivity and technical growth.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
- Ensure process adherence within the assigned module and contribute to feasibility studies, risk assessment, and architectural decisions.

Skill Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and implementing AI systems.
