Job Description
The Consultant – Microsoft Azure will lead infrastructure management, automation, and optimization efforts within Azure environments. The role focuses on Terraform-based automation, Azure IaaS operations, and ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient cloud deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and optimize complex Azure IaaS solutions using Azure Resource Manager and Terraform.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration through Terraform scripts.
- Use Azure monitoring and governance tools to proactively identify and resolve performance or cost issues.
- Provide leadership and mentorship in troubleshooting, incident response, and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver compliant, secure, and scalable cloud solutions.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and adopt new Azure automation tools and best practices.
- Maintain and update operational documentation, runbooks, and automation scripts.
Skill Requirements
- Strong expertise in Azure infrastructure automation using Terraform.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server administration in cloud environments.
- Experience with Azure monitoring, cost management, and governance.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing cloud operations teams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
