As a Sr. Subject Matter Expert (Support & Ops), you will be responsible for ensuring on-time resolution of escalations/incidents per SLA and quality norms. You will contribute to customer satisfaction, mentor team members, maintain knowledge repositories, and support business growth initiatives.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure timely resolution of escalated tickets/incidents following agreed SLA and quality standards
  2. Perform value-adding activities such as mentoring, preparing SOPs, maintaining documentation, and sharing knowledge
  3. Act as a liaison to business segments, facilitating communication with key stakeholders
  4. Validate Change Order Implementation Plans and monitor human error compliance
  5. Participate in capacity planning and identification of business opportunities
  6. Gather customer feedback through meetings and ensure positive customer satisfaction
  7. Validate analyses (Root Cause Analysis, Trend Analysis) and prepare reports for stakeholders

🎯 Required Skills & Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud support operations
  • Experience in incident management and escalation resolution
  • Excellent documentation and SOP preparation skills
  • Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis and trend reporting
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
