As a Sr. Subject Matter Expert (Support & Ops), you will be responsible for ensuring on-time resolution of escalations/incidents per SLA and quality norms. You will contribute to customer satisfaction, mentor team members, maintain knowledge repositories, and support business growth initiatives.

⭐ Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely resolution of escalated tickets/incidents following agreed SLA and quality standards
- Perform value-adding activities such as mentoring, preparing SOPs, maintaining documentation, and sharing knowledge
- Act as a liaison to business segments, facilitating communication with key stakeholders
- Validate Change Order Implementation Plans and monitor human error compliance
- Participate in capacity planning and identification of business opportunities
- Gather customer feedback through meetings and ensure positive customer satisfaction
- Validate analyses (Root Cause Analysis, Trend Analysis) and prepare reports for stakeholders
🎯 Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud support operations
- Experience in incident management and escalation resolution
